Hi guys! I enjoy a lot the secrets of tibia, and I’m exploring by myself, I intend to post here some discoveries in order to get some help.
As of right now, I’ve been looking for the misteries of Talons.
Rachel, the magic store lady on carlin buys them from you. Fun discovery: If you say noodles to her, she says:23:33 Rachel: First lesson: DON’T LIE TO RACHEL!
and then sets you on fire.

Welcome to our forum. Talon Magic is a very interesting topic. I am not an expert on it but I have seen some interesting studies on it.
As for Rachel, try saying the word “no” instead of “noodles”. I think she was reacting to that word during the conversation. But I could be wrong.

There are a lot of theories behind talons and warlocks, manipulating the lava, to begin with.
We are aware that people have tested hundreds of ideas so far (to find a use for them), but we’re surely gonna contribute to it too.
Huge article to sum up the theories and common knowledge is our minimum plan.-

One other thing I’ve been thinking about, there are a lot of switches that cannot be activated among the map, is it possible that they’re beeing activated?
The book “About strange mechanisms” says this:
In the last few years, people began to use strange mechanisms to do different kinds of things. For example it is popular nowadays, to open or unlock doors by switches. However, there are different ways to realize such a switch, e.g. by using hydraulic pressure. Only a few persons have the knowledge to construct such switches.
May is possible that some “locked” doors are being unlocked when we step on it? Just a hypotesis
What other ways can we “realize” the switch? Besides Hydraulic pressure by stepping on it
Maybe we need to step on more than 1 switch at the same time? In order for them to be activated?-

These are very good theories. Yes stepping is just one thing, the switch can be even invisible like 2 “special sqms” on Rook to make spike sword disappear.
What else should we consider… Maybe manipulating torches on the walls? Or spilling liquids on sqms? The possibilites are pretty much endless. Surely we need to carefully analyze the environment – the hints may be hidden so well, that we can’t notice them even after many years (just like with Samael for example).

While jumping from mistery to mistery in the free time. Found something (I Guess?)
Player: the first dragon
Gamel: My grandfather had seen it with his own eyes!

Cool discovery. It seems that some of the NPCs in Tahis respond to that phrase. Not likely a mystery here but now we know that the transcriptions on the tibia wikis are outdated. I wonder what other NPCs in Thais and other cities have to say about “first dragon”. Maybe some lore curiosities can be uncovered. Good job.
